This list is based on the Complete Peerage, volume 3, appendix E (which is complete up
to 1913) and the supplemental volumes of the C. P.. The styles are those as used in the
Complete Peerage. For 20th century peerages I have checked, as much as I could, in the online
London Gazette; the issue number is indicated.
